Makati's most theatrical steakhouse-bar hybrid, Stockroom combines a premium dry-aging program with one of Manila's most acclaimed craft cocktail programs. The open dry-aging chamber behind the bar — visible from every seat — displays USDA Prime and Australian Wagyu cuts aging to peak perfection.

Beyond the steaks, Stockroom's cocktail team creates inventive spirits programs inspired by the aging and fermentation processes they observe in the kitchen. The whisky and bourbon collection is among the most extensive in Makati.
