2. Description of Service
6STAR Manila is an independent fine dining authority providing expert-evaluated restaurant rankings, dining guides, area information, and reservation assistance for restaurants in Metro Manila, Philippines.
The Site provides:
• Expert restaurant rankings using the proprietary 6STAR scoring system
• Editorial dining guides and articles
• Restaurant profiles and contact information
• Reservation inquiry facilitation
• Premium membership features for registered users
• Restaurant listing services for venue partners
3. User Accounts
To access certain features of the Site, you may create a user account. By creating an account, you agree to:
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
6STAR Manila reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
4. Restaurant Partner Terms
Restaurants listed on 6STAR Manila ("Restaurant Partners") agree to:
• Provide accurate business information including hours, address, and contact details
• Promptly update information when business details change
• Not engage in manipulation of ranking scores or review systems
• Comply with all applicable Philippine laws and regulations
6STAR Manila conducts anonymous inspector evaluations using the 6STAR scoring methodology. Restaurant Partners agree that evaluation results are the sole property of 6STAR Manila and may be published at our discretion.
5. Content and Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including rankings, articles, editorial guides, restaurant profiles, images, and text — is the property of 6STAR Manila or its content providers and is protected by Philippine and international copyright laws.
Users may:
• View and read content for personal, non-commercial use
• Share links to content with proper attribution
Users may not:
• Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission
• Scrape or systematically collect data from the Site
• Use content for commercial purposes without a licensing agreement
6. Accuracy of Information
6STAR Manila strives to provide accurate, up-to-date information. However, we make no warranties regarding:
• The completeness or accuracy of restaurant information (hours, prices, menus)
• The availability of reservations
• The consistency of dining experiences
Restaurant information changes frequently. Always confirm details directly with the restaurant before visiting.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 6STAR Manila shall not be liable for:
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from use of the Site
• Dining experiences based on our recommendations
Our total liability for any claim arising from use of the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Privacy

9. Changes to Terms

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.
