Solaire Resort's celebrated Italian restaurant, Finestra pairs the Florentine bistecca tradition with Manila Bay's spectacular views. Certified Italian chef Luca Ferrara's menu covers both Northern Italian pasta and the Italian-style grilled beef the restaurant has become famous for.
The bistecca alla Fiorentina — a massive T-bone from Italian Chianina beef, grilled over charcoal — is the centerpiece of Finestra's identity. A serious Italian wine cellar, featuring Barolo, Brunello di Montalcino, and Super Tuscans, completes the experience.
