The Peninsula Manila's private dining program represents the apex of Manila luxury entertainment. Executive Chef François Bienassis — with 25 years in Michelin-starred kitchens in Paris, Hong Kong, and Singapore — curates fully bespoke menus for each private event, tailored to the guest of honor's preferences.
Five private dining rooms of varying scale and decor are available, from the intimate 8-guest Emerald Room to the 30-guest Crystal Ballroom. Each is appointed with antiques, fresh floral arrangements, and premium table service. The butler team holds the Peninsula's hallmark standard of white-glove service.
The cellar program for private events draws on the Peninsula's extraordinary wine collection — including vertical sets of First Growth Bordeaux, Grand Cru Burgundy, and rare vintage Champagne for the most exceptional occasions.
