Don Day
Don Day represents the next evolution of Korean dining in Manila — a contemporary Korean restaurant that reimagines traditional dishes through modern technique and premium ingredients. Chef Lee Sung-min trained at a Michelin-starred Korean restaurant in Seoul's Cheongdam-dong before relocating to BGC.
The menu is built around Hanwoo (Korean native cattle) and rare Korean vegetables and ferments. Dishes like yukhoe (raw beef tartare) with truffle oil, ganjang gejang (soy-marinated raw crab) flown from Korea, and doenjang stew with black truffle represent the kitchen's approach.
Don Day opened in early 2026 and has already been shortlisted for regional dining recognition.
