Sariwon Korean BBQ

Sariwon is the flagship of Manila's premium Korean BBQ scene — a BGC institution that has set the standard for quality tableside grilling since its opening. The charcoal grills are custom-built, ventilated individually, and produce the authentic smokiness essential to proper Korean BBQ.

Premium short rib (LA galbi) and marinated pork belly (samgyeopsal) are the anchors of the menu, sourced from certified premium-grade suppliers. The housemade banchan selection — kimchi, namul, japchae — is made fresh daily.

For special occasions, Sariwon offers premium A5 Wagyu additions and a curated Korean natural wine program alongside its extensive soju selection.
