Sofitel Manila's flagship Japanese restaurant, Yumi offers a comprehensive luxury Japanese dining experience across four venues in one: a sushi counter, teppanyaki tables, robatayaki grill, and tatami private rooms.

The teppanyaki counter seats 8 and features prime USDA and A5 Japanese Wagyu prepared tableside by skilled chefs. The sushi counter presents classic Edomae-style nigiri with daily-sourced fish from Tsukiji.

Yumi's sake collection is one of the most extensive in Manila, featuring rare junmai daiginjo expressions from Niigata, Hyogo, and Yamagata prefectures.

Reservation Rules

Teppanyaki and sushi counter seating should be reserved in advance.
Tatami private rooms require a minimum spend of PHP 15,000.
Smart casual dress code applies throughout.
