Perched on the 38th floor of Marco Polo Ortigas, Lung Hin combines panoramic city views with Chef Wong Yiu-fai's acclaimed Cantonese kitchen. Chef Wong, who trained in Hong Kong and spent over a decade at luxury hotel Chinese restaurants across Asia, brings extraordinary technical precision to Manila.
The live seafood selection is updated daily — live garoupa, lapu-lapu, crab, lobster, and seasonal hairy crab (October to December) are held in tanks and prepared to order. Lung Hin's dim sum, served at weekend lunches, is widely considered the finest in the Metro Manila.
The restaurant's private dining rooms feature floor-to-ceiling city views and accommodate groups of 8–16 for corporate banquets and special occasions.
